Rules for Domain Name Registration
- You can use the characters a-z and 0-9 (in any combination), or hyphen ("-")
- Cannot begin or end with a hyphen.
- Must have less than 63 characters.
- Domain names are not case sensitive.
- Domain names cannot include spaces.
Requirement for Malaysia Domain Name Registration
- .com.my / .net.my / .org.my / .my
Require Company / Organisation Registration Certificate like Form D, B, 8, 9, 13, 19, 83, 38A.
- .edu.my
Require Official Education License certificate issued by Ministry of Education.
- .gov.my
Require Official Letter from Department of Head.
- .name.my
Require Photocopy of Malaysia Identity Card (both side).
